 This year I made the decision to go to Disneyland instead of Walt Disney World (WDW) ;in December.
I remember being a little bit sad that I was going to miss the Candlelight Processional and the Seasonal Storytellers at Epcot, that I wasn’t going to see the tribute to Jennings Osbourne at the Spectacle of Dancing Lights, and that there would be no Holiday Wishes fireworks for me this year. In all likelihood I’ll miss them next year as well, because I’ll be cruising right before Christmas. I still had some regrets, even as I was checking into my Disneyland Resort (DLR) hotel, but all of that would soon disappear. More ...

"Disneyland will be offering a special Candlelight Experience December 4 - 5, 2011. This one-night package includes a one-night stay at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel with valet parking, a private reception and dinner at the Grand Californian, reserved seating for the 8:00 pm performance of the Candlelight Processional, a sunrise breakfast on December 5 at the Plaza Inn, a visit to Walt Disney's apartment above the firehouse, and much more. "Heading to ElecTRONica at Disney California Adventure? If you want a cocktail, don't stand in the long line that forms at the bar near the entrance. Head through the party toward the End of the Line club near Flynn's Arcade. There is another bar there that offers the same drinks, and the line is always much shorter. "
