International Orders

We welcome orders from our international readers! If you'd like to ship an order to an address outside of the U.S., please read these notes:

1. At this time, our online store software is unable to calculate the correct shipping rate for international orders (other than Canada). You can still place an international order through the online store, however. Just keep in mind that we will adjust your shipping charges as needed (see the chart on the right for international shipping rates).

2. Our toll-free number (1-877-929-3273) should work for international callers, but we've had problems with it reverting back to domestic calls only. If you try our toll-free number and are unable to get through, please contact us at orders@passporter.com or call us at 1-734-332-7801 so we may look into it.

2. International orders can arrive as soon as one week or as long as three weeks. In rare instances, a package takes up to four weeks, but this is usually only in areas where local mail service is less reliable or the post office is holding more packages for inspection.

4. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly -- contact your local customs office for further information.

Standard shipping is by International Air Mail, which arrives within 2-3 weeks from the day you place your order. Shipping rates are based on your order total (after discount, before tax). Estimated shipping rates are shown below (every destination is a little different):

Rush Shipping Options
Leaving for Walt Disney World soon? If you don't think standard International Air Mail will get your package to you in time, we're happy to accommodate your request for rush shipping. We can ship by FedEx and by USPS Global Mail. If you would like rate quote, either e-mail us at orders@passporter.com or simply place your order and indicate in the Special Question area in the order form that you need rush shipping.
