If you have added items to your cart but it
appears empty, you can do try things:
1. Click the Shopping Cart tab at the top of the page.
2. Close your Web browser window and start over again. Sometimes if too much
time has passed since you clicked in the browser window, your store
session can be re-set.
Browser Security Issue
Netscape Navigator 4.05 and earlier and Microsoft Internet Explorer for Macintosh 4.01 and
4.5 contain a security component that expired. If you are using such a
browser, we recommend that you upgrade as soon as possible, to ensure maximum Web
security. You may not be able to make purchases in the PassPorter Store with these older
browsers. To upgrade your browser, visit: Netscape or Microsoft.
Billing Information Not Accepted
There can be many reasons why the store doesn't
accept your billing information, such as an incorrect expiration date or simply an error in the scripting. If you do not
see the order confirmation screen that indicates your order was successfully made, your
order did not go through. We recommend you try again, or e-mail us at email@example.com to figure out why you could
not complete your order.
PayPal Not Working
Be sure you click the yellow "Checkout with PayPal" button when you're viewing your
shopping cart rather than the green Checkout button, which is just for credit card orders. If you are outside the U.S.,
please be advised that PayPal may not work (this is a problem with PayPal, not PassPorter -- we happily accept international
orders). If you encounter a problem with an order you'd like to use PayPal with,
you may e-mail us with your details and we can issue a PayPal invoice manually. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 734-332-7801.
That didn't help! Now what do I do?
If you can't solve your problem with any of the above ideas, we provide alternate ways for
you to place your order:
1. Try again. Many orders clear up after you restart your
computer. If that doesn't succeed, try a different Web browser.
2. E-mail us at email@example.com
