A: It depends on where you live. Most domestic orders arrive in 3-4 business

Q: Help! I'm leaving on my vacation
tomorrow! Can I get a PassPorter delivered to my hotel?
A: Yes, assuming your hotel will accept packages for you (Disney resorts
will). Just type your hotel name, address, and phone number in the Shipping
Field of your order form and indicate in the Comments field that you are a
guest at that hotel and your arrival/departure date.
Q: I'd like to flip through a book before I
buy it. Can I find one in a bookstore?
A: Yes, bookstores do carry PassPorter, though they may be slow to stock new editions, and
word of PassPorter is still spreading through the bookselling community. Bookstores that
are particularly PassPorter-friendly include Waldenbooks and Barnes and Noble, as well as
many local independent stores. If you need help locating one in your area, just e-mail us.
Q: What is the benefit to buying my
PassPorter from you rather than another bookstore?
A: We don't really mind if you don't get your PassPorter directly from us -- frankly,
we'll be tickled regardless of where you buy it! But there are benefits to ordering from us: we offer a money-back satisfaction guarantee. And if you're
pre-ordering a new title, we're able to get your
book(s) to you before other bookstores can even stock it! And if
there is a second printing of an edition, ordering through us is the only
guaranteed way to receive one. Plus, folks say we have dynamite customer
Q: I placed an order more than a day ago,
but I haven't received an e-mail confirmation. Should I contact you?
A: Typically we send out two confirmations -- one immediately after you
place your order, and another later after someone has reviewed your order.
This second confirmation may not arrive until the morning of the next
business day. If you don't receive any confirmations, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
right away so we can get things on track.
Q: I placed an order and indicated that I
would like you to call me. Should you have called by now?
A: Possibly, but we may have had a problem reaching you, too. Please e-mail us at email@example.com so we can confirm your
contact information and set up a good time to reach you.
Q: I placed an order and received my
confirmation, but my order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?
A: If you expected your order to arrive by now, please see
Where's My Order? for more help.
Q: How do I call you?
A: We kindly ask that you e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, as we cannot monitor our voice mails in a timely manner. This is why you will not find a phone number listed in our store. The PassPorter office is a one-woman operation and I find that I cannot provide good customer service if I split my attention between both e-mail and the phone. Thank you for understanding!
Q: I e-mailed you but haven't gotten a reply. What do I do?
A: We try to reply to all e-mails within 24 hours during business hours. If you did not get a reply within 24 hours, please do not assume that we are ignoring you -- we try to answer ALL e-mails in a timely manner. Customer service is very important to us. Please check your spam folder. If you still do not see a reply, it's possible we never received your e-mail. Please try again or contact us through social media, such as PassPorter's Facebook page.
