PassPorter Pre-Order Information
By popular demand, we allow our readers to pre-order a future edition via our Online Store or through our toll-free number.
Pre-orders are favored by readers because, as the publisher, we are the first to ship out our books -- and a customer with a pre-order in our
system is among the very first to get a new edition. Customers also find it convenient to order it now and forget about it until later.

PAYMENT: Our bank requires that credit cards be charged within a specific time period of receiving them, so we must charge your credit card AT THE TIME YOU PLACE YOUR PRE-ORDER.
If you send a check, we will deposit it before we ship your pre-order to ensure it is not returned to us. If you have concerns about paying for your pre-order at the time you place it,
we recommend you hold your order until the item is in stock.
OTHER ITEMS: If you order other, non-pre-order items at the same time as a pre-order item, please understand that your order will not ship until all items are in stock.
Your shipping price is based on one shipment, not two or more. If you must have your other items before your pre-order ships, we recommend you place two separate orders.

SHIPMENT: It is important to understand that a pre-order may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as shipping or fulfillment delays.
There is no guarantee that pre-orders will ship on a specific date. We generally advise that you get the current edition (rather than the pre-order edition) if you are traveling within 2 months of a book's release date.
FULFILLMENT: Once we receive the books, we begin shipping them in this order: (1) customers with fast-approaching vacation dates: (2) customers who pre-ordered (in the order they pre-ordered); and (3) customers placing new orders.
If you ordered a looseleaf edition (deluxe or refill kit), your items must first be assembled which generally adds 3-5 days to the shipment time, though we make every attempt to get them out as soon as possible.
DELAYS: If there is a delay from our estimated release date, we notify all customers who pre-ordered by e-mail and we post a general announcement at our web site.
If you do not receive e-mail from us, or we do not answer an e-mail from you, please do not assume we are ignoring you -- most likely there was a technical issue in the transmission of the e-mail -- please contact us through Live Chat at the PassPorter Help Desk instead.
CANCELLING: Customers may cancel a pre-order at any point before it ships by sending an e-mail to email@example.com or through Live Chat at the PassPorter Help Desk.
